No, we’re afraid dogs are not permitted at the event. Only registered assistance dogs are allowed.

No. This is an adults-only event, and under 18s are not permitted.

Are alcohol-free options available? Is there a discount for alcohol-free drinkers?

We offer a range of alcohol-free options, including lager, prosecco and soft drinks.

There is no discounted entry for alcohol-free drinkers. Your wristband gives you access to the full festival experience — and of course, all of our entertainment can be enjoyed alcohol free.

You can pay by card or cash at the front desk for wristbands.

Please note: There is no cash accepted at the bars — wristbands only.

No, there is no on-site parking available.

We recommend using public transport, taxis, or town centre car parks within walking distance.

Yes. Food is available at the event, provided by The Crown Hotel.

Food vouchers are included with most sponsorship packages, and additional vouchers can be purchased separately.
